QR invoices from BillMore
BillMore supports the Swiss QR Bill. When you create an invoice in CHF and have a Swiss or Liechtenstein IBAN on file, you can embed the QR code with the receipt and payment part directly in the invoice.
Background
What is the QR invoice?
Since 2022, the QR invoice has been the only valid payment slip standard in Switzerland. The QR code contains all relevant payment information in a structured, machine-readable form - which makes it easier for recipients and banks to read in the payment data.
The QR invoice consists of two parts: the receipt (left) and the payment part (right, with the QR code). In BillMore, both are added to the invoice as a separate page.
What you need in BillMore
CHF currency
The invoice must be issued in Swiss francs.
Swiss or Liechtenstein IBAN
Store your CH or LI IBAN once in your BillMore profile.
Enable "Show Swiss QR code"
Select the corresponding option in the document editor when creating the invoice.
How to enable the QR code
One click in the document editor
Open an invoice in CHF and select the option "Show Swiss QR code" in the document editor. BillMore then automatically generates the QR code and attaches the receipt and payment part to the invoice as a separate page.

The result is a complete QR invoice in line with the Swiss standard. It contains your invoice and an additional page with the receipt and payment part - ready to send by email or as a PDF download.
